Return Window & Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, undamaged condition and accompanied by your order number.
🌳 Natural variation is not a defect. Wood grain, knots, color variation, and mineral streaks are natural characteristics of hardwood — they are signs of authenticity, not manufacturing errors.
Non-Returnable Items

How to Return
Email Us — Contact [email protected] with your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return.
Receive Instructions — We respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and packing guidance for furniture pieces.
Pack and Ship — Repack using original protective materials. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refund Issued — Once received and inspected (1–3 days), refund issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your piece arrives with shipping damage or structural defects, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
