In-stock items are processed within 3–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces require 2–6 weeks production time before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your piece ships.
🌳 Sculptural furniture pieces require extra care in packing. Each item is individually inspected, wrapped, and crated before shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Packaging
All pieces are individually wrapped in protective foam and moving blankets, placed in custom-fit crating or double-wall boxes with corner protection, and labeled Fragile on all sides. Large sculptural pieces are crated for maximum protection.
