2. Products and Handcrafted Nature
All products are handcrafted sculptural wood furniture and decor. Because items are made from natural hardwood, each piece is unique. Variations in wood grain, knots, color, and tone are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.
3. Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom furniture commissions require a deposit and cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Custom pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive structurally defective. Production time is 2–6 weeks depending on complexity.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in USD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Stripe. All transactions are SSL encrypted. We do not store payment card details.
5. Shipping
Processing time is 3–7 business days for stock items; 2–6 weeks for custom orders. Oversized pieces may require freight shipping. US shipping standard. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns
